Important Note:

1. Only the accepted and registered papers will be considered for inclusion in the proceedings to be published by Springer. 
2. For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to register their paper at the conference.
3. A paper must be presented by a registered participant (either registered as an author or co-author).
